I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything. The rooms have everything and include some great bonuses including free mini bar and real atmosphere from the pop art decor. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks. The location is great. Staff is very friendly and speak English. One girl speaks Russian. Highly recomended! Very great value for money. Nearby you can find places with good breakfast and excellent coffee.

Location is very central and close to Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Santa Anna. Room is modern and clean. Shower is magnificent with the hydro water massage. Very good location!!! Noisy in the hotel especially on the 1st floor as people talk on the reception. And they to talk at midnight or 7 am. But unfortunately it's a problem across Madrid. bathroom is too small. The receptionist gave 2 wrong information. First about the tourist information stand and second about the taxi stand. There's a cosntruction going on and my room happens to face it right there. So, the construction worker's voices slipped in almost non-stop during the day. And try to avoid the rooms on the same side with the reception. The wall and door are thin. Quite some noise all the time. The big charge of the hotel's transfer doesn't give you the possibility to take it. Maybe more expensive that staying in the hotel. It was perfect for me))). hotel have not elevator. Nothing. Some might say a bit noisy but no issue for us, no bar or restaurant but hundreds nearby. It was noisy during the night. no elevador y un poco ruidoso. Bathroom equipment was not work properly. No lift (but was not a problem for us) and no restaurant for the breakfast in the hotel but in another side. room too small for 3 people; sheets look not very clean. some front desk staffs were nice and efficient, some didn't speak any English, or looked cold. poor building, extremely crowded room even more so bathroom. Poor air-conditioning. Location is hard to find and the hotel entrance screams renovation. No lift and many stairs. although good stile, very small rooms. Small beds. A lot of noise. You can hear the water drops, people walking,... the room is tiny, there is barely space to move when you put down your suitcase; the shower was leaking, so there was a flood every time i took a shower; there were construction works going on for which the hotel offered no compensation, discount or apology. the noice of the work:renovation, we could't open our window no internet avalable at our room. Smallest room i've ever seen, worst hotel in my life.
