We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.
