The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. -

The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions.
The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat.

Very friendly staff and very good value for money.
Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town.
Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

Cozy, affordable accomodation. Nice apartment in a relaxed environment. Metro stations (Alfons X or Joanic of Line 4) are a few blocks away. There are many supermarkets and small restaurants around in the area. Parc Guell and the Sagrada Familia are both in walking distance (15mins). The hosts were very friendly, we got to use the washing machine, and they also lent us their baby stroller which was a great help with our 4-year-old. Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.
