We liked the communication with BWH Gracia prior to coming to Barcelona. I had numerous questions beforehand which were all answered promptly and clearly by BWH staff via email. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. We loved our apartment and the location! It was comfortable, well kept, and very clean. We loved the interior design too, it was exactly (and even better!) than the pictures we had seen whilst booking. We travelled with a group of four young women for our first time in Barce.
all reviews » The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a charming neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was great to have laundry and a full kitchen. The free wifi was a great addition and very convenient. Location: easy access to metro (Lesseps on the L3) and multitude of restaurants and bars at walking distance; Fully equiped kitchen as well as washing machine; nice, clean and spacious apartment. Everything is new. The location is very good : 3 minutes from a metro station and 3 station from the city centre. Many small and chicy restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood. Very new, modern apartment with excellent facilities, fast WiFi, TV, comfortable bed. Great value and not too far from Lesseps metro station. Also quite secure. Location in the lovely Gracia area. The apartment, and particularly the kitchen, were very well equipped. The apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave oven, flame) and clean. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. The type of apartment you always dream of. It is close to local park and ''Bus Turistik'' station. Close to metro and attractions. Comfortable and clean. Comfortable. Two minor issues we had were: the free WiFi was not very good. The four of us had smart phones and good internet access was dependent on where we were in the apartment and what time we logged on. The other issue was that we ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly during our four night stay! But other than that a very good, safe and happy stay!!. It was a little hard to find but that was mostly because the city maps are bad. The apartment advertised a dryer with the washing machine but it didn't actually dry clothes. However there was a dying rack to hang the clothes on. airconditioner is noisy and it didn't seem to respond when we wanted to increase the temperature in the room. The bed is composed from two mattresses, which makes it uncomfortable. A little noisy in the morning. All good!. Living/dining room has no windows (light comes through the entrance door) and is therefore not very bright and/or ventilated. Nonetheless, it was very comfortable and you could always open the nearby patio door. There is no reception and no check out; we stayed there for 1 week and the cleaning personnel forgot to provide toilet paper, so we had to buy it. Terrible drunken browl at night made by some Spanish-speaking neighbours. People from the opposite side of the street tried to hush them up but without success. One night was sleepless. The following nights there was some yelling but didn't last till dawn. There wasn`t wi-fi, which was promised. Direction from subway is not clear. Noise from the conditioner.
