Nice location, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, the hotel is located on the main street of El Born, and you have a supermarket, bakery and a tobacco shop really close by. It is very good and comfertable for family..Alfonso wav very helpful and kind..it is enough big for our family. 2 adult and 2 kids. 2 bedroom and one living room.. and a big balcon..( the wiew is not good but you can have a fresh air) the location is also very good just a few minutes from the center.. and it is located in the nice area of bercelona... there is a market only 20 meter away from the apartment so you can get everything from there .. also there is a bakery just near the apartment.

Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful.
Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base.
Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work).
Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.
Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking).

Location is great: 2 min walking from Girona metro station, 7 min walking from Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. Also walking distance to Ramblas de Catalunya. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, caffe'-s and more of "real" Barcelona.
Apartments look exactly like in the picture: modern, super clean, neat, new, well equpied. (a new building behind an old facade)
Staff is super friendly, helpful and clear on all the costs/options.
I will stay there again.
