My wife, mother-in law, and I just returned from 5 days in Barcenona. We got to see a lot of the city but would love to return to spend more time exploring and imerse ourselved in the culture. The mangement at Serenna apartments is very professional and accomadating. We had a small issue on our arrival and they gave it their prompt attention and took imediate action to make it right. all reviews » It is very good and comfertable for family..Alfonso wav very helpful and kind..it is enough big for our family. 2 adult and 2 kids. 2 bedroom and one living room.. and a big balcon..( the wiew is not good but you can have a fresh air) the location is also very good just a few minutes from the center.. and it is located in the nice area of bercelona... there is a market only 20 meter away from the apartment so you can get everything from there .. also there is a bakery just near the apartment. Our apartment was the penthouse for a couple or those who are happy to share a double bed. We had a rooftop patio which was a bonus. The apartment was very cleverly designed and self contained with a very well equipped kitchen where we could have cooked a full meal if we had wished. We were very well looked after by Albert the caretaker and we would definitely stay there again. 1. Quiet in the evening. 2. Convenient to get access to Metro or sightseeing in the center. 3. Albert is a very good check-in manager. He gave us good suggestions about supermarket nearby and places worth to visit. 3. Apartment type is very suitable for a group of friends or family members since it comes with a kitchen. Nice appartment. Good location. About 7 min walk to plaza catalonia. Our host Albert was extremly helpful and made everything very covinient for us. Central location. Separate bedroom. The staff Alberto was very helpful. Very modern, good location. location. There was contsraction behind the building in neighbor apartment so that it was noisy in the afternoon and not possibble to sleep.. 1. The tenant downstairs complained about water leaking in the ceiling of their bath room in the next morning after we checked in. Probably because of something broken. I wish it got fixed. 2. The cover of the bed had some stains on one side. No kettle. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Problem with plumbing. n/a. Not very clean room, no fresh towels. Water was pouring out of the shower enclosure to the floor, and then in the corridor due to the short curtain in the shower. Noisy in the evenings and even at night. Neighbors celebrate often. Dishes, especially frying pan, very old. Room needs minor repairs. Not comfortable bedding. The fact that I was ordered to give a deposit - it did not say anywhere on letsbookhotel.com so I did not have the Cash and first the employee did not even want to give me a receipt! Terrible service. The drain was clugged, there was no bread knife and the dishwasher could not open because of the panel. It was too expensive compared to comfort.
