The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   This hostel was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a modern style. I loved the down comforter on the bed and the spacious lounge with the tv, games and books. They had all the necessities you could need, including a washer and dryer in the basement. I enjoyed this hostel very much and would highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Barcelona. - This hostel is amazing! Very funky! We were upgraded to a hotel room, free of charge, and still had access to use the hostel facilities. The hotel rooms are lovely and new and very clean. Rooms are made up every day and new towels are also given daily (in the hotel). The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is extreamly close to the Sagrada Familiar and a 5 minute walk from the Metro. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

  We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun.   I liked the crew behind the desk. They were really nice and helpful. Cristian, Micky and Rafael during the day and Dave and Jose during the night. They always made me feel welcome. Its location very in the city center; very convenience to walk around in the city, to take a bus, to take a metro/train. The bus and metro stations are just around the corner. They really make us feel like at home staying at Backpacker House Bcn. - Excellent positioning - 2 min on foot from a shopping area/Starbucl/Universitat Metro and max 10-15 min on foot from Placa de Catalunya and La rambla. It saves you a lot of time if you want to visit places and don't like to spend too much time in the subway or with your map trying to see where the nearest subway is. The personell is very nice and the places looks pretty well.
