We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do Barcelona on the cheap. Young and friendly staff, good location close to Placa Catalunia (buses to the airport) and metro station Universitat. There was amazing city-mountain view from our room in the 3rd floor. Very nice place!.
all reviews » Very good location and ratio quality / price. For 50€, 18 square meters double room in Barcelona center at Universitat with fantastic view on Tibidabo mountain. Good Wifi connection. Everything. It is one of the best hostels I have been to. They staff is amazingly friendly and laid back. The palce is huge, comfortable, very well located, cheap and cute. The location is great, by walking to plaza de catalunya is 4 minutes, it is located in the universitat where you can find the bars.. The staffs are welcoming and helpful.. When someone turns over in his sleep - hear it all the inhabitants of the room!. 1. The room was completely different than on the picture. Much more worser. -. Very noisy, but that you must expect once you will be in a very central location. The reception booked a taxi to the airport but it never arrived. No kitchen on our floor. Hot during the day no proper fan. What I didn't like was my bed. and I general I think the room should be renovated. Especially the bed, was really hard for me to sleep after so much walking. it was totally uncomfortable. The shower didn't have hot water (but the staff helped in two minutes). courtesy of the cleaning lady. The company has changed the room we paid for something ridiculous, without informing us. In addition the room was in the different building, looking like the seller, without facilities they have promised, it was impossible sleeping there because the window faced the main street and there were no blinds. Really bad experience.-(It is very uncomfortable and it has ruined our stay in Barcelona!!!!!!.
