We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Big nice confortable quiet room.
When I booked the room I mentionned it was for a surprise birthday for my fiancé, and when we arrived in the room there was a big heart with happy birthday drawn on the mirror. Very sweet.
