  We enjoyed orr stay very much,the staff were friendly and helpful and couldnt have done more for usWeasked for 3 rooms, one single and two doubles on the same floor and they provided exactly that .We asked for a hire car and they helped us organise that . The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room.   Everything. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the city. we used the spa and sauna which was very nice. - The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they recommended a place to eat nearby and we found it to be excellent.

The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
