The hotel was well situated, 15 min from El prat airport and 15 min from the centre of Barcelona. The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! Excellent stay, many thanks to the hotel and the staff!!!. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was there. The service is very polite and always there when you need it. We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room. We thought that we had lost all our trip's memories but after a phone call and an excellent service we were able to get hold of it again. Thanks for that.
all reviews » Very nice hotel, great access from Sant Station (2 min walk over the road). At Sant station you can catch the tube to Las Ramblas etc for just over a Euro each. Variety of the breakfast is excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bar prices are good. No complaints. Very good value. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast fantastic. Really first class. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but there is plenty of buses passing around as well as a train station which is 5 minutes from the hotel.everything was wonderfull, perfect breakfast, very clean,a proper 4star hotel, walking distance from train station and metro. Carpet a bit worn in the ailes (7th floor), No French or German newspapers, TV channels aren't properly tuned up(lots of channels got a snowy pictures). heating in the room a bit too noisy. would need help to work the gym;. double room a bit small. good for single person however a bit too small for couple. We asked for room with 2 separate beds, but there was double bed in room :(. Only problem is that the isolation of the rooms wasn't great so it wasnoisy because it's in front of an avenue. The room was a little toosmall for our taste but the price we paid was also very good, so I guessit's fair. Breakfast staff.The walls are really thin and one can hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. That was very uncomfortable. The toothbrush in the bathroom is not to be used!. I expected a bigger room, but it was comfortable. Conclusion: OK. the men on the rezeption was not really friendly. not smoking rooms. The sound-proof in the hotel rooms is very poor as we can almost hear the conversation from other rooms, so it is annoying...
