    The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Our room was gorgeous - very spacey and with a sp... what people say » a bath. There was also lots of room to store our belongings. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

    Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner. We were right beside the Piazza San Marco and there was a multitude of restaurants... what people say » in the vicinity
