  Bedroom was beautiful Bathroom was excellent and everything refreshed twice daily Everywhere was very clean Hotel was very luxurious Excellent location Very helpful & friendly staff - Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff could not be more freindly or helpful. Recommendations were spot on. Loved it.

  I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right ... what people say » on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

  The location is extraordinary, not possible to see Venice in a better way with children. Staff fantastic, friendly, heartfelt, did the extra to make our stay magnificent. Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! Besides, It was so nice to relax at sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeng... Our special thanks to Svetlana at the reception for her kindness and helpfullness.   We booked Albergo Bonvecchiati but were transferred to the sister Hotel 1 min away Palazzo Bonvecchiati. This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. The staff were the best we've ever met, the hotel is brand new and modern, so beautiful and very well located. Albergo Bonvecchiati is more antique looking and seems very nice as well but... what people say » we didn't get a chance to see it. Very pleased! - the hotel was central to everything! We loved the location and the big breakfast. The room was small but I was prepared for that after reading the reviews. We went just before easter and got a great price - I would not have paid the standard rate during peak season - too expensive and too many tourists. Overall, a brilliant holiday. Glad I picked the Albergo Bonvecchaiti.
