She gave us great advice about things to see and places to eat, even to making a reservation for us. The location is very convenient to the airport vaporetto, and directions were simple and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet with little tourist traffic. The room was perfect, the bathroom pristine. Everything was first rate.

They already had a map when we arrived to hotel that has all the good resturants, bars and places to see in Venice.   I thought the location was not exactly at the center; but it was just a 5 minutes (or less) walk from 1 of the ferry stops - Ca'Oro stop. Having mentioned that, the inn is located at a pretty location on the island city. Best of all, it was on a rather quiet street just off the main street and it was pretty quiet despite the activity (and convenie... what people say » nce) on the main street. Our Inn Keeper, Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful; he gave good information about the city and was very approachable. W - Wonderful location where, through one side of the street, you can reach the bustling main street as well as the pier in just a few steps; while the other leads you to the less visited alleys and the seaside. Nice and helpful staff. Our room is clean and comfy.

  The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). The kitchen is good and you can cook. I bought some fresh catch from the fish market which is just below the hotel. Mi - Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.
