  All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The management all spoke English and were able to answer all of our questions,including providing directions and restaurant recommendations The hotel manager even washed some of my clothes.   The owner of the Dolomiti hotel is a very lovely lady. I didnot get the chance to meet her before I checked out of the hotel but I would like to express my thanks for giving us the beautiful room to stay. After checking out we left our lugages at the reception area inorder to continue our venture in Venice. Therefore - Located on a small street just near the railway station and vaporetto stop, which is very comfortable when you arrive to Venice. Besides hotel was very clean and neat, staff very friendly and professional. We had to stay for one more night unexpectedly so as our room was already booked they found us a nice room for the same price. Rich breakfasts which was great for such a budget price. I am very happy for we chose this hotel.

  The location was perfect. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel upgrade was a treat. - The location was perfect. Right in front of the station so there's no getting lost. The staff was very polite and helpful and thwy spoke English.

  I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
