  The location is perfect. It took my breath away when I looked from the window to the gorgeous building and beautiful galleries. This is in the heart of the city. The Pensione and my room were very clean and well decorated. The owner is very kind and helpful. WiFi Internet was excellent - the best which I could have during my Italy holiday. All the... what people say » things were thought-out: there were chocolate and biscuits on the little plate on the table by the bed. Breakfast was served on the table in the room - The room was really lovely, oldy-worldy, elegant style. The service was perfect. I had far more than I needed put in my room every afternoon for the following day's breakfast, plus fruit, mineral water chocolates, etc that were always replaced and added to! The location could not be better, right in the middle of the best part of this city where people still live and socialise right in its beautiful centre. It was quiet, always clean and really friendly. I would absolutely recommend it to anyon
