  The room was lovely but the ladies at the front desk made the stay the best -- from mailing my postcards to providing hot water for tea at night. We had DSL in the room which was great.   The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the location incredible, really central and beautiful architecture, homely room, breakfast was fantastic consistently. full of happy guests! - the staff went out their way to ensure we had breakfast before we left early for train. They started earlier to enable us to do this.

  the friendly, hospitable staff and the location to the city - The location of the hotel was great. A 15-20 minute walk into the town center or a bus stop across the street can get you there in less than 5. Our room was large and clean and the breakfast was good too. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were friendly and accomodating.
