The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm. The place is very quite, clean and comfortable. It was really a deal,
because for the price of 59 euros we had not just a room, but almost a
studio apartment. The building is located in the countriside just north
of Siena and it is in front of the seminar, so the area is very quite
and silent. -

The staff was very welcoming, especially Dennis. He was very helpful and kind. He also speaks very good English. The room was very clean and lovely. The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. All in all, we would recommend this place to everyone.

This villa is a winery and the wine tour and tasting is excellent and
half price if you are staying at the Villa. Very happy we stayed outside
of Siena as it was very hot in the city, but cool at the Villa. Great
views over Siena at night. Highly recommended.

The setting and the view from out room--at the top--were fabulous. I loved hearing a little about the history of the place as we checked in. The decor was very nice and the availability of a well-equipped kitchen would have been great had we been staying longer. The family who own the place were most welcoming and accommodating. Finally, there is a fabulous and inexpensive restaurant at the foot of the hill!

The place is outside Siena, but it's reachable within 5-10 min by car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are made in old fashion style, but have more or less all needed equipment. Normal value for money if you search a place for one night stay.

be certain to notify him of your arrival time. The accommodations are
basic and budget oriented. The room was sparse of decorations; but
clean, neat and livable. It is an easy 20 minute walk downhill from the
central train station with luggage. Plan for the uphill return trip if
you don't take luggage. And it is within easy walk of the old city.
