Just opened, small B&B a little outside of the city centre. 5-7 min walking distance till the nearest bus stop. Clean and well maintained every day. Quiet at nights, if you order the inside room. The other two rooms have window to the street and it can be disturbing for the "sensitive ears" at nights. However, traffic is very small on that street at nights.
