There was a nice pool set in lovely well kept gardens. The service was friendly and efficient. Good choice at breakfast. It is set in a pleasant village in the hills above Florence with easy access to all of Tuscany, particularly Lucca, Pisa and the coast.

We went to Tuscany June of 2008, and stayed for three nights. Joseppe was a great host, accommodating our needs for 8 people. The hotel is up on what seems like the highest mountain in Tuscany and just getting up to it is a feat. The views from the hotel are amazing, and the property was large with 4 floors , very beautiful landscaping, and a pool
