We stayed in the Marchesi apartment. The apartment was quite large, updated and in a really good location. It had a lift so getting our 4 large luggage up to level 2 was no problem. We stayed in the Campo de Fiori apartment, its key benefit being the superb location. You get the best of both worlds here: arguably Rome's most vibrant neighborhood at your doorstep; and much needed peace and quiet - all at the same time. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the fountain de Trevi and several other landmarks. Also very close to a guided bus tour route, tickets available at the front desk. We stayed in two adjoining rooms based on request. Nice size rooms with nice bathrooms. The front desk can arrange for a shuttle to-and-from the airports for a better price

Very helpful and polite staff, always with a smile! Excellent room facilities and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area and is a very good choice if you don't like the noise of the city center. Not very far from metro station, just 7 minutes walk and a peaceful neighborhood.Very good breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it. -

Very good location, 5 minutes from Fontana de Trevi o Pizza de Spagna. Great quality/price relation, it offered more than expected. Run by nice people. It has been recently renovated so even though the building is old La Piccola Maison is completly new inside, spacious, clean, even jacuzzi in one of the rooms, much better than many 4 stars hotels.

The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly!
