  I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome.   The location is really good and also safe with 3 layers of doors and a 24hr reception. It’s my first time live in a youth hotel and the services they provided made me feel like home, especially the map, luggage service and the smile of Barbara. I lived in a dormitory room for girls, the facilities are better than expected, no problem with the hot ... what people say » water. Credit card is acceptable for room payments, but city tax and key assurance money(return when check out) have to pay by cash. The breakfast pro - The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.
