Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.

Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable. A lovely b&b in excellent location (metro, different bus stops few minutes away, vatican in walking distance etc). Great staff, very friendly and helpful - suggestions for great neighbourhood restaurants, helped with taxi etc. Room was spacious, very clean and had everything needed. Lovely little sweet breakfast was served every day exactly at the time wished.

It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!
