  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new.   The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central! Location was an extremely close metro ride or a 15 euro cab ride into Rome and was in a cute little neighborhood with a park nearby.
