  Location was great- metro station was 5 mins max walk, and Termini was 10 mins walk max (this is where the airport buses drop you off). Felt safe in the area. Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. The hotel has a very cozy patio and the location was safe enough, though it appeared to be rather near from the central railway station Roma Termini. We enjoyed the rooms and a hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well! Good value for money! We will turn back at this place again!

  It is a reasonably priced B&B in a very good place. We stayed there for 7 nights and got tired of it, but in my opinion it is good catch for a couple of nights if you are looking for a convenient place to tourist attractions.   The location was great, a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants for the evening. Access to the city centre was easy on a direct tram only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very small but the room itself was fine. I would recommend this hotel to someone who doesn't want anything fancy, ideal if y - the staff was great and had great answers for all of our questions. they even pointed out some great restaurant that were off the normal tourist path. the room was a good size for me and my girlfriend not huge but it was not a closet about what you expect from a three star hotel. the beds were comfortable even if it was just two twin beds but together. the had some one making coffee and cappuccinos in the morning along with some other light foods, cereal bread croissants. loved the place.

  Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome. A lots of nice restaurants and cafées just around the corner.
