  The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. There are emergency alarms in the rooms with a cord attached, so if you nee... what people say » d help or you're in an emergency situation just pull the cord. Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a wake up call a - The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.

  Very friendly staff, nice and big room, the room and the bathroom was cleaned every day, the lady who welcomed us was very helpful, she recommended us good restaurants not far from the hotel (the best pizzeria is in the same street, just 1 min. from the hotel). The accomodation is not far from the city centre with public transportation. The staff was very friendly - we went there for a second time, they remembered us and made us feel most welcome. And breakfast is quite rich and tasty.

  It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.
