  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... what people say » iately after us. Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour.   We stayed in the apartment which was really lovely and completely seperate from the b&b. located really close to the Vatican and on top of the 64 bus route to get from the main termini station easily.   the location was fabulous and we felt very safe there. We were in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and also close to transport. Plenty of cafes right on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this Inn and this area. - Only three rooms but very nice and confortable in the middle of the old city!
