  The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.   Check in was easy and smooth, it was nice to receive an email from the owner asking about our arrival timings to be available and welcome us by himself. Location was very close to Underground, nice coffee shops and restaurants in the area, also a big supermarket and careffour express to shop. Elevators was a bit small but working fine. Staff were - The owner/manager is very friendly and ready to satisfy your requests. For example he can make you check in after 20.30 in case you need it. Rooms are modern and they are well cleaned every day. Breakfast is included and not bad: you get espresso coffee, sweets and snacks. There is also milk and a fridge shared with other customers: you can put there food and beverage if you want. The position is good, expecially if you arrive from the airport. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people. The Marathon had us running until 3pm, but the check-out was at 10am.   Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. - Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.
