1.the best hotel we`ve ever been in Europe, very nice, cozy,modern and luxurious.
2.staff was very friendly, helped with information on buses- how to get any place, what to see, some staff even knows Russian language.

The couple who owns the hotel are absolutly amazing!!!!! They do everything to satisfy their guests and are very nice warm and open people.

A very nice hotel. The owners, Maximo and Anna, are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The room was spacious and VERY clean. There was also a little balcony; perfect. The hotel is styled to a T!
