  just about everything. the staff were very warm and helpful (and importantly, most of them speak good english). it is about 25 mins from the city center by the red line. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro . this was the best part. even though the metro is at a walkable distance, we could thus avoid the scorching July heat. we took the... what people say » 4-bed room and it was rather well equipped. we are going again. - Helpfulness and friendliness of all staff; as it is located so close to major roads with very fast moving traffic they wouldn't let us walk anywhere - even to the bus stop! They insisted on driving us even 100 yards or so - no charge either. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Rooms were spotless and everything worked. Thoroughly recommended.

  The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are sparse but we didnot spend our time there, we spent most of our time walking about Rome.However, the room was very clean and neat and the breakfast buffet wasvery nice. While they are far from most of the sites, they are veryclose to the metro so getting around is quite easy.
