  great place to stay in Siena - Travelling by car, we found the hotel more easily than we expected. We were given excellent advice at the hotel on parking in Sienna and using the escalator system to enter the old town. The rooms were good and were excellent value, as the prices were low.

  This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

The internet in the room is fast and working well. - The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  As a family with two teenagers we were looking for a stop off on the way up from rome to a villa starting the next day. We were given a chalet bungalow about 100 metres from the pool, but it was simple, plenty of space, equipped for self catering and very relaxing in a beautiful area. Easy driving to Saturnia, Pitigliano and other quaint villages nearby. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, especially the chalets, which are totally isolated. The chalets have a kitchenette and living space, which is much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, including little Luigi the dog, who is happy to greet visitors. We will definitely recommend Relais to friends!

In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli!
