Absolutely fantastic location to enjoy the carnival. And Luciano bent over backwards to help us, even getting us tickets for the procession. The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.

The best thing I like was location very close to city centre and bus, railway station.
Staff lady at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was in nearby restaurant and was ok even though not filling.
Family room is spacious.WiFi was working well at all times.
I will definitely suggest this hotel anyone visiting Florence.

Umberto and his family were so helpful and welcoming. La francigena is a lovely place to stay. The pool and gardens were the perfect place to spend each afternoon between sightseeing visits to the surrounding area. Our apartment was comfortable and spacious with esp comfortable beds, generous shower and lovely 1900s italian furnishings.
