  This is a real Bed and breakfast in the italian countryside. The owners are very friendly, you ll have your breakfast with them eating a home made cake. They don t speak English and as we did not really speak italian, it made the stay even more memorable and we managed to have a discussion using our italian conversation book. The house is very pretty with a vintage air. Clean, comfortable, acceptable breakfast and you can cook in the kitchen if you want. Very close to the Leaning Tower and you can visit the rest of the city in a pleasant walk.

  Wonderful setting with superb views and only about a 10 minute drive from Arezzo. Adequately equipped kitchen and we loved eating on our terrace watching the sun setting over the hills with Arezzo in the distance. Our children enjoyed the pool and table tennis. The outside water dispenser offering ordinary, cold or fizzy water was a nice touch.

  Wow, wow, wow. We couldnt believe that had that hotel for this money. It's quite unlikely located for many guestes, but for us was excellent - very quiet, close to the nature and wonderfull view. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The old guy especially. We were sad that we found it too late and we could stay only one day and had no time t... what people say » o use a swimmingpool with a wonderfull view. We will come back for sure one day.

  The location is really good, very close to the center. Roberto is a very nice host, he is very helpful, and he prepared a nice breakfas for us. (It's true that he does not speak English, but we were able to handle together the communication difficulties. ) The room and the living room is very nicely designed, we really loved this style.And last, ... what people say » but not least, the view from the living room is just amazing! - A perfect place to stay in Montalcino. Very well located (there is a free parking nearby and all city attractions can be easily reached by foot), lovely designed loft with a great view down the hills and amazing Val d'Orcia. Roberto is an exceptional host: very welcoming and helpful, you really feel at home at his place. A breakfast also was delicious. Definitely recommend to everybody!
