Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with our room. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We were on the second floor and just outside our room was the breakfast area, they have a fantastic little selection of food and drinks which you can take on a tray back into your room.

Everything was fantastic. Cheap price, fantastic location, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was cosy and cleaned every day, the bed was huge. This was a lovely place to stay, very clean and very welcoming.
Interesting detail in decor of rooms. Lots of little touches that were so nice, coffee at any time, aperitif before dinner. Excellent value.Their recommendations for restaurants were fantastic.

Where do I begin??? We pulled into the gated parking lot to see a small
sitting area. We walked down the steps and we were great by Senor
Leonardo (the owner). He welcomed us and made us feel right at home. He
took us to our room that he said was "small"....it was not
small at all! We had our own bathroom, wardrobe, a sitting area and two
beautiful views. For breakfast, the family had a perfect Italian spread

We stayed three nights with Monica and Stefano and enjoyed every bit of it. We ate with them for the three nights and really enjoyed trying all the local dishes--at 25 euros per person including wine and after dinner liquors---excellent. One of my friends was coeliac and they catered for all her requirements perfectly.

Exceptionally friendly staff. 5-minute walk from Florence central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) as long as you can follow an Italian street map. A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available. I was only in town for 18 hours, but I was very happy with my female-only 5-bed dorm with internal bathroom. -
