In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of.
