  Location was very central close to the main pedestrian street of Orosei. We stayed in a room 50m away from the main building in the same street but this was not much of an inconvenience with the added bonus of additional privacy and a huge combined jacuzzi/shower. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was above average for Europe, with a good selec... what people say » tion of fresh pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheeses. Staff were very friendly although English was a bit limited. Overall an enjoyable stay. - Quirky, each room is different. They've just installed a new wifi, it's free and very fast. Secluded areas to sit outside the rooms. Great breakfast in lovely central courtyard, they even come round to refill your cappuccino. Night Market nearby. Every staff member was very welcoming, even at checkout when I thought I'd pre-paid they were very patient with me until I realized my error.

  Lovely hotel in a pleasant, peaceful little town. No noise, no crowds, several nice restaurants and coffee shops within strolling distance, very handy for the ferry to Carloforte.   We did really like to hotel staff, their flexibility to our request. Thebreakfast was really good. We had an appartment and the kitchen was wellprepared. Also there was a washing mashine in the bathroom. We plan toreturn to the hotel. - staff

  We arrive late, but the hosts were very nice and even speak french. We didnt reserve for it, but she accpect to cook for us even if it was late, very good meal, with wine and mirto and a lot of food. We were only there for one night as it was a transition stay, but people were very nice.   Great value for money and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. All rooms seem to have either a balcony or their own patio/chairs etc.. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and towels replaced. Very efficient air con. Also has mini bar, safe, television, hairdryer etc... Lovely pool which was visibly cleaned daily Would highly recommend :-) - The staff we met were so friendly and acted on any requests promptly and efficiently. The hotel is within an easy 15 minute stroll of the village centre and yet remote from the hurly burly. Great Pool, extremely clean. Rooms clean and of good size and quality of daily maintenance of rooms and towel changes really good. The night reception staff member Giovanni was so welcoming after a really late arrival following a stressful journey.

  We spent 5 nights at this great location. The appartment was very new and functional with great views over Muravera, San Vito and Villaputzu from the large balcony. As a matter of fact, the residence has a very quiet and strategic location. I have to mention as well the very friendly welcome at the arrival and all useful tips and help provided by ... what people say » the residence employees during the stay. We definitely recommend this location! Kind regards from Montreal, Cristian and Silvia - Very clean, well equipped and great view. The balcony was huge and great place to relax. The beach is only 5 min away and there are several beaches (Costa Rei area, Villasimius within 20-30 min drive). One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at was only 5 min away (Mariana Gio) and located right in the beach. The TV even had english channels which was nice for late night relaxing. The bed, although firm was very comfortable.
