  the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. The location of Hotel Dioc... what people say » leziano is also very convenient to either walk or - The hotel was very near to the termini station so access to the airport and tour buses was fantastic. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.

  Staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was in a section of town very easy to get to from Metro with lots of good restaurants around. - Proximity to station and train to airport. No problems walking even at night. Excellent continental buffet breakfast

  The Augusta Lucilla Palace is very close to all the main attractions in Rome. It is very close to the bus terminal and made it easy to get around town! The hotel looks very new and is very clean and the rooms are imaculate! It has double glazing so the sound of the outside street is greatly minimised which is fantastic and has good air conditioning... what people say » . The staff were really helpful-highly recommended - The hotel was brilliant, friendly and helpful staff and a great feel to the hotel. I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend and found the hotel to be in a great location for all the attractions. The hotel itself was modern, clean and very comfortable!

  Safe, clean, cozy, nice modern room, 1 block from Termini, staff very helpful, 24 hr front desk, all you can eat breakfast - The hotel was close to the termini which was handy, also the staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious.
