  Very clean Very good rooms and very quiet and well equiped garden (different sitting places in the shadow and sunbeds near the beautiful swimming pool) The lady of the house gives very good advice for restaurants in the (although sometimes far) neighbourghoud. Good breakfast with a huge choice of cakes. Although wifi only near the common breakfast... what people say » room, wired internet is free (cable furnished) Use of kitchen, barbecue and sauna is possible. - Very clean, well maintainedproperty, pleasant gardens.   The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was very good, with self-grown cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit, beautifully presented and served in the garden. The house is uber cool - literally a mini muse... what people say » um of modern art. We loved the vibes there - quiet and relaxed, with understated sophistication. We only stayed for one night, but wish we could hang - Everything that the hosts offered was excellent. It made us so relaxed and enjoying the spectacle vista so much so that we extended our stay 3 times!!

  We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Large french doors opened onto the balcony from the bedroom and living room. ... what people say » The view was of the old town across the river and was beautiful, especially at night. Breakfast was served on a terrace with the same great view and - A wonderful place at a very reasonable price,one of the most comfortable 'hotels' we have ever stayed in.Calling it a B&B does it no favour as it is more like a luxury apartment with a tremendous view of the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again.

  The house has character and is located close to the old town, which is the place of interest in Fermo. The lady who owns the hotel is very sweet and 'proper'. It's very good value for money.
