The staff are wonderful and make you feel right at home as well as sharing any knowledge of the area that might help in your further travels in the area or beyond.   Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight.   After all the things I had heard about Milan and the hostels I was a bit worried but from the second I arrived this hostel done nothing but impress. It's modern, clean and everything feels brand new. Wifi signal worked great in the rooms and common areas and there was even a lift for those on the higher levels. I stayed in a four dorm room, the room is divided into two small rooms and it has two bathrooms. So it's really private. In general, the hostel is clean and really comfortable.

  The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously. I felt safe here and ... what people say » my luggage was safe as well. - If you are travelling alone, its easy to make friends there, they have this nice common area, the roms are Clean, organized, secure, the stuff is very friendly, they helped us to find the cool places in Milan, and how to reach there...they are also flexible, they let me leave my bags until the night of my check-out day, that really helped!
