  The menu with wine pairing at the hotel restaurant was delicious The spa area, although not big, was very nice The staff was extremely nice and corteous, we received a really great service! - Very friendly staff doing everything they can to make our stay as pleasant at possible.   The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  The staff was so kind and helpful. Warm jacuzzi after skiing, wellness center.   Everything, the decor was very relaxing, also ,i guess very italian, great location, slightly ,out of town, supberb staff, really, we were very pleased, would stay again, thank you, - the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was excellent.   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. The indoor pool and the spa took away a lot of stress we were going through becaus... what people say » e of relocation. Will go again for sure... - The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool. Car park under room is handy. Nice contemporary feel and good wall coverings.
