The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.   All staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. Rooms were clean and lots of crockery and cutlery. Little private garden area for each of the ground floor apartments, and these had outdoor table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. I think it would be most suitable for family groups as there are many activities on site, and also a children's activity daily. We ha - We stayed for 9 nights while travelling all the time and coming to sleep at night. We ordered a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 children (16,14,10). The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and surely recommend it to others.

  As always the service staff is really kind and helpful, its a pleasure to stay with our large dogs which is not so easy around Lake Garda. - I found the staff very friendly, the actual location and the view over the countyside and lake was nice. It was clean and comfortable.
