Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome. A lots of nice restaurants and cafées just around the corner. I just love to take my breakfast ticket

The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome.
The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding.
We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our
needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss
about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect
to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a
taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is
not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a
snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive
away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min
down the road

Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

When you step out of the car and walk on the grounds it really looks like a movie set. Everything is well manicured and beautiful :-)

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The apartments ( we rented 2) are immaculate, and the owners are so hospitable. We have 3 children 4 and under, and this was a wonderful place for our stay. We will certainly be back again! By the way- this would be an amazing location for a family photo shoot.

The location is right by the sea which is fantastic. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area as well as the sea.
Nearby towns Sperlonga and Terracina are beautiful and well worth a visit. I recommend having a car otherwise it is a bit tricky to get around -
