The hotel was beautifully designed by one of the owners and immaculate throughout. Our room had its own terrace in a orange tree garden and was lovely with lots of little personal touches.Breakfast was served on the hotel terrace and was delicious with lots of choice and hot options if preferred.All the staff were friendly.courteous,informative, and nothing was too much trouble for them.Would definetly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Positano.There are steps up to hotel from road

The Residence is a haven is a busy tourist town.
The stone built residence is charming spacious and well appointed. The staff could not have been more helpful, we got lost on the way from Naples airport and the manager stayed back to settle us into the Residence after midnight. The view was fanastic, the staff were very helpful, the room was great. We had a wonderfully relaxed experience. - The guy who ran the hotel came to meet us from the ferry and walked us to the hotel. He was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had an amazing view over the harbour, stunning! It was in a fabulous location. Highly recommended.

Rooms all vary in design but all are very comfortable with a high standard of finish.
Unfortunately I did not get to dine in the hotel but the choice at breakfast was perfect. -
