The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. The design of the hotel was wonderful and the attempt at using less electricity with a card system and that the air conditioning went off when you opened the balcony door was impressive. The ride up the hill at hourly intervals was great after a long day

We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room.
