  Great little hotel, friendly staff, ideal location - Bristol has a great location (5 minutes walk from the ferry in Capri), staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was great and included in the price, room was comfortable roomy, shower was very good as well as towels. Powered screens in all windows made the room very dark and very good to sleep.   We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!
