  From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA. You really get the feeling they want to do ... what people say » everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a free shuttle into town like every 45 min Overall a very pleasant stay. Would reco - The location and view are exceptional.

  Trully friendly manager and receptionists. Courtesy van brough us from the port to the hotel and back. Luggage brought to the room and all facilities pointed out to us. Superb room and services.   The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again.   The view - Beautiful pool and location on coast. Great view from restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Single room was ok - a bit small, but had all the necessities.
