  The recently updated room was very nice. The beach bar convenience of billing everything to your room was very convenient. The beach was VERY good and the beach umbrellas were in very good condition. The reserved beach umbrella was a nice touch. The location is quiet, and the mountain views we had from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The owner provided exceptional customer service for us, such as printing maps for us, advising us what to see, where to go for dinne... what people say » r and even calling ahead to see if the restaurant could accommodate a gluten free order and securing the reservation for us. It is easy to walk everyw - The hotel itself is at once historic and modern. The room was very clean and had modern furniture and an upscale feel.
