  Rooms were comfortable and very clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, no hot food but choice of toast, yogurt, pastries, fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and tea. No problem with parking as very big car park, if you arrive back after 1 am any night you need to ring the buzzer at the gate to get in as gates are closed overnight. - Ever... what people say » ything turned out to be fine.   This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and understand customer service. The room was clean had a balcony and a sea view. It was very comfortable. The restaurant provided good value and again with excellent customer service. - The hotel is nice, and modern. There is a private beach in front of the hotel.

  Staff was extremely helpful. It was close to the beach. - Hillary, the front desk attendant, was wonderful! She went out of her way to make us feel special and attending to our every need. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Claila again.

The beaches extend to Francavilla center. You can see local fisherman doing their work, and you also scent the see and fishes. The hotel had own small parking area, but there was ample parking area around. - Staff was excellent. Good value. Great view and access to ocean and a promenade that appeared to travel for miles with access to restaurants and activities.
