  That is a simple, but excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Francesco, who suggested us amazing things to do and to visit in Pisa.   Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us.   Everithing it was excelent. The room have a very userful kitchen. The bathroom is clean. The hotel is right near the bus station and is very easy to go to the leaning tower. Mister from the reception is very nice and help with many informations about what to visit.   nice place and so close to the tower, I doubt you could get much closer! no sign outside so remember to take the address with you. I told them what time I was arriving so there was someone to meet me, but obviously low season so few tourists - hense the great price and very good value for money. the kind receptionist gave me the choice of two roo... what people say » ms which was nice. the one I chose had a view if you leaned out of the window, to the duomo and tower, so nice photos. (I expect you have to lean out - Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel.   This hotel was literally five minutes away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. On our arrival the staff were extremely helpful and suggested a restaurant for a late night pizza. We were able to sit outside and have a lovely view of the Tower while was ate.   The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. There was no problem with parking indeed. - Leaning tower is approx 20 minutes walk away - we used LuckyHousle for an overnight stay on our trip and the facilities were sufficient for that purpose - selfservice breakf

  They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. - The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to the Tower.
