Amazing sea view, good facilities, nice staff, it's better to have a car but if not, you can take sita bus to both sorrento and positano, the bus stop named St. Pietro (or Terrescinllela) is about 7 minutes walk from the house. chalets / bungalows are comfortable & have aircon / heating.
The bungalow I was in this time looked onto the garden & had a good

It is well worth sampling the traditional Italian food in the restaurant. -
Location is very nice - near Sorrento center, which is a couple of train
stops away or 5 minute ride by car (also Amalfi coast). Boats from
Sorrento go to Capri very often. We lived in a trailer - they are shaded
by trees so it does not get too hot during the day.
